Annual Conferences Partner Program

July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027

The AAHE Annual Conference Partner Program offers organizations the opportunity to support the association throughout the year while gaining consistent visibility, engagement, and access to AAHE members across all major educational events.

Annual Supporting Partners receive enhanced recognition and benefits beyond individual event sponsorships and are positioned as strategic partners of AAHE.

Sponsorship Levels

Annual Gold Partner

$8,000 | Limited to 5 partners

Annual Exclusive Benefits

• 3 Complimentary Conference Registrations
• Recognition as an Annual Gold Partner across AAHE platforms
• Special recognition as an Annual Partner at each event
• Opportunity for AAHE to promote an educational offering hosted by the partner
• Gold-level sponsorship benefits at each individual conference: Fall, Winter, and Spring
• Premium exhibit booth placement, when applicable
• Recognition in AAHE Publications as available

Annual Silver Partner

$4,500 | Limited to 7 partners

Annual Exclusive Benefits

• 2 Complimentary Conference Registrations
• Recognition as an Annual Silver Partner across AAHE platforms
• Special recognition as an Annual Partner at each event
• Silver-level sponsorship benefits at each individual conference: Fall, Winter, and Spring
• Premium exhibit booth placement, when applicable

Annual Bronze Partner

$2,500 | Limited to 10 partners

Annual Exclusive Benefits

• 1 Complimentary Conference Registrations
• Recognition as an Annual Bronze Partner across AAHE platforms
• Special recognition as an Annual Partner at each event
• Bronze-level sponsorship benefits at each individual conference: Fall, Winter, and Spring

Program Details

• The sponsorship term runs from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
• Annual sponsors receive the benefits associated with their sponsorship level at each individual conference.
• Specialty sponsorships may be purchased separately and do not include complimentary registrations.
• Sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
