The members of the Arkansas Association for Healthcare Engineering, Inc, having joined together in their own common interest, do herewith
declare the following bylaws to be the formal rules of operation of their organization.

As a valued business partner, you can sponsor all three 2025
AAHE educational events in a single commitment with a Principal,
Lead, or Associate yearly sponsorship - OR - you can sponsor
individual conferences à la carte-style to best meet your
business goals.

This information is intended to help officers, board members, and committee members understand the responsibilities and objectives of their respective positions.  It also outlines or references the correct procedures to use in performing various duties, as well as providing somewhat of a schedule of annual Association activities.
